One-sided loading and unloading
With the KOOI®Reachforks Trucks or railway wagons can be loaded and unloaded from one side. The trucks only need to be opened on one side and the time-consuming driving around is no longer necessary. Measurements in practice show time savings of up to 20%. If space is limited, loading and unloading from one side saves a lot of space.
Double depth Pallet storage
The concept of double-deep pallet storage in warehouses offers an interesting alternative to traditional pallet storage.
- Compared to single-row storage, storage capacity can be increased by about 30%.
- With regard to multiple depth storage (e.g. drive-in or deep stacking systems), reaching the pallets is much easier and the investment is lower.
- Compared to narrow aisle storage, accessibility is somewhat less convenient. However, the advantages are a lower investment and the possibility of driving two forklifts in the aisle at the same time (with a comparable storage capacity).
Double pallets Transportation
One or two pallets can be transported one behind the other and a truck can be loaded directly from one side. With long travel distances, the time savings are considerable, and the forklift remains relatively narrow and driving safety is still good.
The TeleKOOI® forks are designed without stops for these applications.
hydraulic Extension forks
Extension forks offer the possibility of transporting different pallet sizes or load depths without causing damage due to protruding fork tips. In addition, the load is always supported over the entire entry depth. The special design of the RGE series offers a completely flat bottom of the forkGetting stuck when pulling back from the pallet is avoided.
The combination with Tine adjustments
We build a range of different tine adjustments, whereby the KOOI®Reachforks can be adjusted either within the frame width (ZVR or FPX series) or outside the frame width (FPN series). Our unique 'Integra' guide construction with protected, integrated adjustment cylinders offers optimal visibility and a lower risk of damage.
The combination with Double tine adjustment
The double tine adjustment is the ideal attachment for picking up one or two pallets at the same time. With the special narrow KOOI®Reachforks One-sided loading and unloading can be carried out. For example, up to two pallets of full goods and four pallets of empty goods can be accommodated.
