Griptech has the innovative free-view guide construction 'Integra' The base consists of extruded Omega profiles with a round, inner guide for the adjustment cylinders and sliding arms. The rectangular outer side forms the interface for the suspension hooks or the directly welded mast cheeks. The large section modulus of the Omega profiles results in a stable frame construction without a back plate.
The integrated adjusting cylinders and piston rods are protected from damage and reduce operating costs. All cylinders are mounted in a pendulum-like manner in the guide profile so that the seal sets are subjected to less stress. As a result of the protected integrated cylinders, the visibility is unique.

Unique guide design: Integra tine adjustment
Our company has also developed a unique guide design for fork adjustments, called "Integra". This guide design offers a stable frame construction without a back plate thanks to the use of extruded omega profiles with a round, inner guide for the accommodation of the adjustment cylinders and sliding arms. This design offers an optimal contact surface in all directions with a wide range of loads due to the round guide. The use of high-quality and durable, wear-resistant PA bushings between the sliding arm and the omega profile optimally reduces the loads.
Optimal visibility and reduced risk of damage
