We are a pan-European manufacturer and supplier of high-quality and innovative attachments for the forklift industry. Hydraulic attachments as well as mobile and stationary weighing systems and camera systems are part of our delivery program. With a dedicated and customer-oriented team we manufacture and distribute this auxiliary equipment program. With all product groups we are able to offer a suitable solution for almost all fields of application. Our customers include forklift truck manufacturers and dealers both in Germany and abroad.

Service Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Your job will focus on managing the Service department here at our headquarters in Herzogenrath.
  • You will take responsibility for the service organization and its quality, revenue and cost management.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and for the consistent further development of our service offering. Development and expansion of our customer service with a focus on the installation of our products such as mobile weighing technology, camera technology and, if necessary, hydraulic attachments, both in the office and in the field.
  • The individual support of our customers is in your hands.
  • They work closely with other areas, especially with sales, and always have the "big picture" in mind.
  • You will encourage your employees and raise awareness of exceptional service.
  • With their expertise, they ensure a smooth process.

Qualification:

  • You have successfully completed technical training and further training as a master craftsman or technician. You bring complex professional and management experience in a similar activity as well as industry knowledge.
  • You convince with an analytical and conceptual working style, business understanding and strong communication skills.
  • Your strengths include persuasiveness, assertiveness and economic thinking and acting.
  • A confident handling of the common MS Office programs as well as a good command of written and spoken English complete your profile.
