Griptech at the Linde Driving Days 2023: Our innovations in material handling
The Linde Driving Days 2023, excellently prepared and carried out by Linde Material Handling Germany, took place from September 11 to 20 at the impressive Mendig airfield. Griptech was enthusiastically involved and used our presence in the 20 square meter pagoda tent, right next to the Driver Lounge, to meet with over 1.000 trade visitors in intensive discussions about our products and innovations.
TC4000: Highest weighing accuracy and automatic mast tilt compensation
We presented, among other things, the hydraulic weighing system TC4000, which was the focus of particular attention within the framework of the recycling industry theme. What the TC4000 is its impressive weighing accuracy of ±0,1%, making it the world's most accurate hydraulic weighing system for industrial trucks with a load capacity of up to 10.000 kilograms. The automatic mast tilt compensation function ensures that the precision and safety of the weighing process is increased to a maximum.
User-friendly weighing process and precise results
The operation of TC4000 is extremely user-friendly. A simple push of a button on the display unit activates the weighing process. The load is then raised once and lowered again, with the speed controlled by the sensor block. Thanks to this double movement, friction differences are eliminated, which guarantees consistently accurate weighing results.
Fork adjustment ZVR in combination with TeleKOOI forks: High performance for recycling applications
Another highlight from Griptech at the Linde Driving Days 2023 was the Tine adjustment ZVR in combination with KOOI®Reachforks, which found applications in the recycling of car bodies. This high-performance model allows the forks to be adjusted within the frame width and offers the optimal solution for situations where the fork spacing needs to be adjusted. The robust shaft guide ensures reliable performance in various application scenarios. The visibility and the stem dimension are optimized, and the hoses of the KOOI®Reachforks are installed at the top of the frame to save space. The frame width can be wider than the original fork carrier, and KOOI®Reachforks with 100% forced synchronization ensure precise and synchronized movement.
