Hydraulic weighing system TC4000

Weighing accuracy ± 0,1% of the vehicle's load capacity up to 10.000 kg

Based on a bypass sensor block in the supply line to the mast in combination with the BMD (Balanced Weight Determination) software in the high-quality TC display unit, this weighing system offers the world's best accuracy for hydraulic weighing systems for industrial trucks. In addition, this system is calibrated as an automatic scale according to class Y(a) with 1000 parts. This system has no effect on the vehicle's load capacity, is independent of shifts in the load center of gravity and can also be used in combination with attachments. The system is installed in the vehicle in a protected manner, is insensitive to overloads and impact forces and is suitable for rough and intensive use. The dual inclination compensation ensures a weighing result regardless of the inclination of the mast.

For optimal calibration or calibrated systems, we recommend a conversion in our workshop:
Drawbar-guided devices are converted exclusively in our workshop in Herzogenrath.

Weighing procedure:

The weighing process is activated by pressing a button on the display device and the load is raised once using the lifting function control lever (speed is controlled by the sensor block) and then lowered again. This double movement eliminates differences in friction.
