Simple additional hydraulics for turning, clamping, pushing and optional side shift

When loading sea containers with bagged goods, boxes or other packaging, it is often desirable to ship the goods without pallets. Firstly, the cost of the pallets is saved and secondly, the containers can be loaded more effectively. Compared to the system with a pusher and stationary turning device, the pallet turning device with a pusher offers the following advantages and disadvantages:

Loading can be carried out in approx. 20 minutes by a forklift.
Use not tied to a charging station.
Cheaper investment.
Product is upside down in the container.
Product must be able to be stapled.

Rotation range 360 degrees endless in both directions.
Favourable front dimension and dead weight for optimum residual load-bearing capacity.
Available with or without sideshift.
Only a simple auxiliary hydraulic system required for the standard 3 or 4 functions when with sideshift.
