The SmartBox from Griptech turns your forklift into a connected measuring unit in conjunction with a Griptech weighing system.
Weighing data, scanner information, ID, date, time, gross, net and tare weight as well as product groups can be securely exported, edited (Excel) and stored in the standard configuration. The location-independent real-time access, the show and hide function and the free sorting ensure user-friendly list application and editing. The standard storage capacity is 32GB and is able to archive over 1.000.000 weighings safely and protected from manipulation. The connection of handheld scanners or printers enables the direct input and output of data during the handling process.

Even the basic version allows for many possible applications, but the real strength of the SmartBox lies in the possibility of special programming by our IT experts. This means that the software of the SmartBox can be adapted to your application. There are almost no limits to the possibilities here.

Import your product data and piece counts are done in no time at all based on the determined weights. The data recorded by the forklift can be fed back to your inventory management system in real time via WLAN or 4G LTE. For example, your system can only release pallets for loading once the corresponding number of pieces has been picked. With the help of a label printer, the corresponding shipping label is only printed then. This way you can ensure accurate goods handling in a fully automated manner.
